I got to know Provider IT on the internet, and I started working in 2019, allocated to one of our clients. During the pandemic, when I had Covid, I was welcomed by the people management area, which tried to find out if I was well assisted by the health plan, in addition to sharing the situation with the company where I was allocated.

At Provider IT I feel surrounded by nice people. From my experience, I see that it is a company that is concerned about the health of its employees, as well as professional success.

Years ago, I had already worked at Provider IT, when I left to acquire new knowledge. But as it was here where I had greater support for new technologies and professional growth, I took advantage of the opportunity to return.

Provider IT, since its creation, over twenty-five years ago, is a company that maintains its values and purposes focused on the greater good – human capital. The term “human” refers to the fact that over the years the company is always renewing and innovating, but never losing sight of people, which makes a family team concept. Today, after completing ten years with Provider IT, I can say that I had great challenges, learning experiences, made great friends and clients who became partners and contributed to technical growth, always looking to the future.
