A large Media and Entertainment company invited Provider IT to carry out POC with the objective of improving its service of monitoring information of social networks. This monitoring was carried out through social network indicators visualization panels, for the consumption of several programs of its programming grid in the areas of Research, Communication, Journalism, Sports and Entertainment.
ODI technology (ETL tool) was used to capture the interactions (tweets, comments, likes, etc.) of users on social networks (Twitter and Facebook) and the ODI (ETL tool) technology was used to read data available in the client’s DATALAKE.
An OBIEE semantic layer (OLAP tool) was created for mapping tables, attributes and metrics for structuring the data to be presented through Dashboards and Reports.
